We start every project with a consultation, but we also offer our design services on a consultancy basis. This is for someone who is looking for professional design recommendations as needed, a second set of eyes, or some expert advice for a design-related dilemma, but who isn't looking to hire a designer to oversee the whole project. It's a perfect option when working with a builder or contractor and just need a designer to help with decision making and necessary selections.

3D designs and renderings are the best way to let a client see what their space could look like. We're able to add all the details and convey our designs to clients in a much more powerful and effective manner through these tools. Floor plans give our clients a birds eye view of what the space is going to be and allows them to visualize how people will move throughout the space. Floor plans also make it easier to check if the space is suitable for its intended purpose, work through any potential challenges and redesign before moving forward into more elaborate planning or building stages. And for the contractor, these construction documents (including tile layouts and cabinetry designs) act as a guide to describe precisely how the design shall be built: methods, materials, building systems, and components for the tile installer, cabinetry maker, contractor and sub-contractors.

We source, procure, and style furnishings and decor that turn your space into your home. Furniture selection presentations help our clients envision all the products together in their space. This is a quick way for us to present a full look or multiple options to a client.

From flooring, tile, plumbing, lighting, countertops, and paint we wil source and can procure selections for our clients based on their needs.

Once all designs and any permits have been approved, construction of renovation will begin. We will begin checking the job site as required/requested by homeowners. Including contractor meetings, correspondences, and follow-ups. We’ll make sure everything keeps moving along smoothly.

Beyond sourcing furniture and decor for your home, we also offer styling services we’re we come in after any renovations have been complete and furniture has been delivered to fully curate and stylize the home for you. This includes incorporating in your own existing cherished items. We’ll often bring in additional decor and accessories from our own inventory to fill any little gaps that we think might be missing. Then you can decide if you’d like to purchase them.
